By creating an account or using the BBL Coachingapp or website (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. BBL Coaching is operated by Zachary Rigelsford-Lockwood.
BBL Coaching is a fitness and health coaching platform. Through it, you work with a personal coach who provides training programs, nutrition guidance, check-ins, and support.
BBL Coaching is not a medical service. Our coaches are fitness professionals, not doctors. Nothing in the app is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before starting any exercise, nutrition, or supplement program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication.
BBL Coachingmay be used to deliver coaching programs of varying price points. When you join a coach's program, you may sign a separate coaching contract that sets out your program length, pricing, payment schedule, and obligations. That contract governs the commercial side of the relationship between you and your coach; these Terms govern your use of the app.
Refund and cancellation requests are handled by your coach under the terms of your signed coaching contract, and are subject to your rights under any applicable consumer law, which cannot be excluded.
You keep ownership of everything you post (photos, messages, check-ins). By posting, you grant us a limited licence to display it to your coach, sub-coaches with permission, and in community areas if you choose to post publicly. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.
Every post, comment, and message includes a report option, and you can block another member at any time so their posts and messages no longer appear for you. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours: content that breaks these Terms is removed, and the account responsible may be suspended or removed.
Our community is here to support transformation, not tear people down. Be kind, celebrate others' progress, and keep advice within your actual expertise. We reserve the right to remove posts or suspend accounts that violate this.
You can request to cancel your coaching or delete your account at any time from Settings (Help & Support) or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, without notice if the breach is serious. If your account is terminated, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Results vary. We don't guarantee specific fitness, weight-loss, or health outcomes; those depend on your effort, consistency, genetics, and individual circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BBL Coachingis provided “as is” and Zachary Rigelsford-Lockwood is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights you have under any applicable consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these Terms. If the changes are significant, we'll notify you in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
